Her Story

About Beth

I have a very diverse background that spans major Fortune 250 corporations including Honeywell, 3M, and Ameriprise Financial, as well as global nonprofits and higher education. I was federally appointed as the United States Ambassador for the Army Reserve, a role for which I received the prestigious Patriotic Public Service Award from the United States Army in March 2025. I've founded and built two companies of my own and have advised startups and companies at different stages. Given my background and the diversity of my experience and skill set, I really wanted to bring that all together and create a company where we could go out and really help others be successful. That's how StoneMason Global was born in 2020. We work with companies and organizations to develop and execute strategic plans, marketing plans, and marketing initiatives. We do a lot of executive coaching and culture change, a lot of change management. I'm particularly recognized for my ability in the turnaround space, and we also do integration work post-mergers or acquisitions. It's really all about growth - helping companies achieve profitable revenue growth while understanding their biggest asset is human capital. Even in the age of AI, companies need to ready their people, train them, and ready the culture. I'm a big culture advocate. I love working with leaders to help them achieve more than what they thought possible. For me, it's the moments when the teams and leaders of my clients realize 'Wow, we actually can do this' and they achieve the goals and often exceed the targeted goals. Seeing them learn to believe in themselves, continuously improving along the way, and working as a dynamic team gives me great joy.

01What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I think it's important as a leader to treat people kindly, give them opportunities to grow, and give them the support to be successful. Communication is key, and of course, employees have to meet you halfway on that - they have to not only show up, but as I say, speak up. At StoneMason, everybody has a seat at the table. You not only have a seat, but you have a voice, and you're expected to use your voice. Continuous learning is in my DNA - I'm a big proponent of continuously learning. I try to learn something new every day, and that continuous improvement is central to how I work. My biggest accomplishment is having three amazing adult children that are professionals, successful professionals in their own right, and kind, caring individuals. They're hardworking, they're smart, they're driven, resilient - all great characteristics to have. I love working with leaders to help them achieve more than what they thought possible, and seeing them learn to believe in themselves and work as a dynamic team gives me great joy.
