About Beth

Beth Silverberg is a Go-To-Market (GTM) and partnerships leader based in Hollywood, Florida, United States, focused on translating AI and emerging technologies into revenue growth, adoption, and market expansion. She is the founder of The Sports Girls LLC and Give to Live Now, and works across AI-driven commercial strategy, media, and publishing as an author with Penguin Random House. A graduate of Michigan State University, she combines a background in media, sales, and communications with advanced training in artificial intelligence, project management, and agentic AI systems.

Over her 20+ year career, Beth has held leadership roles across pharmaceutical, animal health, fintech, and digital media industries. She spent more than 15 years at Boehringer Ingelheim driving multimillion-dollar territory growth and earning multiple President’s Club honors, and later expanded her impact in animal health sales with Midwest Veterinary Supply. She also contributed to major growth initiatives in crypto and fintech, including partnerships work at Voyager Digital and education and community building at Crypto Banter, helping scale large user bases and revenue-generating ecosystems.

Today, Beth focuses on building AI-enabled go-to-market systems, including agentic AI workflows for prospecting, pipeline automation, and partner development that bridge technical innovation with commercial execution. She also writes, creates educational content, and supports nonprofit and animal welfare initiatives through long-standing volunteer work. Her professional philosophy centers on using AI as a collaborative tool that enhances human decision-making rather than replacing it, while continuing to expand her work in publishing, digital education, and ethical technology adoption across industries.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Beth

01What do you attribute your success to?

I 100% attribute my success to my father, because I am one of three sisters, and I'm the only one that really did anything with my life. I have a 401K that's worth more than a million dollars, and my father taught me from day one how to save money, how to stay in school, and he taught me rules. If I was punished, I was grounded. I didn't even get my driver's license until I was 18 because I had a party. I think that's very important for people to know. I learned early in life that if you want something, you have to work for it. Nothing of value is free. If somebody says it's free, then there's no value to it. I think a lot of people don't realize that. My father taught me just to be honest, not to lie, to protect myself, and basically how to not depend on anybody else but me. I supported my mother, my sister, I even supported my husband for 10 years. I believe that in order to get what you want in life, you have to really just focus on what you want and really believe you can get it.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received came from my father. He emphasized the importance of saving early, staying committed to my education, and consistently working hard. He also instilled in me the values of honesty and integrity, and reminded me not to rely on others for my success, but to take ownership of my own growth and achievements.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise them never to give up. I would advise them to actually take the time to learn something new every day, and find some role model that you want to be like. Look what they've done. How did they do it? And try not to be them, but find out how they became themselves, and just keep going. Never give up your dream. If you have an idea, don't give it up. I mean, everyone's saying you don't need to go to college anymore because of AI. I don't think that's true. Stay in school, and if you don't know what you want to do, it's fine. Just research the different things, find what you'd like to do, and do it better than anybody else. Just learn how you can be the best. If you want to do something and you really want to do it, I never thought I could teach myself how to trade crypto, right? That was awful. I used to draw my Fibonacci things backwards. But I never gave up. I found a goal. I said, I want to work for Crypto Banter. I did it. So just identify what you want, who you are, and if you need help with that, reach out to someone that can help you. Don't be afraid to ask for help. That's what I would say. You can't do everything on your own, and you sometimes do need help. Ask for it.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge and opportunity in my field right now is the rise of AI. While there are concerns about potential job displacement, AI also creates new demand for human expertise in building, contextualizing, and maintaining these systems. A key opportunity lies in helping organizations successfully integrate AI into their workflows, including designing processes that determine when human intervention is necessary and ensuring smooth collaboration between people and technology.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are honesty, independence, and hard work. I also place a strong emphasis on helping others, particularly animals and underserved creators, by supporting opportunities that allow them to grow and succeed.
