Her Story
About Bethany
I'm the Controller at U-Dump Trailers, a position I started in 2026 as I entered the manufacturing industry for the first time. Before this, I worked in the construction and landscape industries, as well as with a few non-profits, which gave me diverse experience across different sectors. I'm an accounting professional and manager of teams, and I'm really good with software platforms, including Excel. I handle financial statements and all the controller responsibilities, but what I'm most proud of is my leadership and management skills. I'm a creative thinker who works outside the box - I'm always getting something done because I'm not stuck thinking inside the box. Right now, we're growing our business, so I'm in growth mode and multitasking like crazy. My husband and I also built a couple different tiny homes on wheels from scratch as a side hustle - we never quit our day jobs, but it was more like a hobby that taught us a lot.
