About Bethany
I don't follow trends—I build momentum.
I'm a mom, sales strategist, and relationship builder passionate about helping shape the future of architecture by connecting people with innovative solutions and meaningful opportunities. Throughout my career, I've learned that success isn't about having the perfect path—it's about showing up every day with determination, integrity, and a willingness to keep learning.
As the Director of Architectural Solutions at Euro-Wall, I work alongside architects, designers, builders, and developers to solve complex design challenges and bring ambitious projects to life. From technical guidance and product specifications to AIA continuing education and project support, my goal is to make the design process easier while building lasting partnerships based on trust.
My career has taken me through the automotive, insurance, and architectural industries, but one thing has remained constant: I love solving problems, building relationships, and helping people succeed. I believe the strongest business partnerships are built long before a contract is signed, and that listening, educating, and delivering on your word will always outperform a sales pitch.
I believe influence isn't about being the loudest person in the room—it's about creating opportunities, lifting others up, and leaving every person, project, and organization better than you found it. Whether I'm speaking to hundreds of architects, mentoring colleagues, or working one-on-one with a client, I strive to lead with authenticity, resilience, and purpose.
I'm just getting started. My mission is to continue growing, inspiring others, and proving that success is earned through action—not excuses.
Building relationships. Creating opportunities. Leaving a legacy.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a combination of resilience, curiosity, and consistency.
I've never been afraid to start at the bottom, learn every aspect of a business, and earn each opportunity through hard work. Every role I've held—from insurance and automotive sales to architectural solutions—has taught me valuable lessons that continue to shape how I lead, solve problems, and build relationships today.
I also believe success comes from genuinely caring about people. Whether I'm helping an architect solve a complex design challenge, mentoring a colleague, or supporting a client, I focus on creating value first. When you consistently show up, keep your promises, and put relationships before transactions, trust follows—and so do results.
Most importantly, I refuse to become complacent. I'm always looking for ways to improve, learn something new, and challenge myself. Every obstacle is an opportunity to grow, and every success is motivation to keep raising the bar.
For me, success isn't measured only by sales, promotions, or titles. It's measured by the relationships I've built, the opportunities I've created for others, and the positive impact I leave behind. That's what continues to drive me every day.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I've ever received is: "Control what you can control."
There will always be circumstances outside of your control—market conditions, competition, setbacks, or unexpected challenges. But you can always control your work ethic, your attitude, your preparation, and how you treat people.
That mindset has shaped every step of my career. It's why I wasn't afraid to start in an entry-level role, learn the business from the ground up, and earn each promotion through results rather than entitlement. I've learned that consistency compounds over time. The small things—following through, staying curious, being dependable, and continuously improving—are what create long-term success.
I also believe that relationships are your greatest investment. Products evolve, industries change, and technology advances, but people remember how you made them feel and whether they could trust you. If you focus on adding value, solving problems, and helping others succeed, opportunities will continue to find you.
My advice to others is simple: Be the person people can count on, keep learning, and never let temporary setbacks define your future. Success isn't built overnight—it's earned through the choices you make every single day.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to never let a lack of experience make you underestimate your ability to learn and lead. You don't have to know everything on day one, but you do need to be willing to ask questions, stay curious, and put in the work.
Architecture, construction, and manufacturing have traditionally been male-dominated industries, but that's changing because more women are bringing fresh perspectives, strong leadership, and collaborative problem-solving to the table. Don't be intimidated by what you don't know—be motivated by what you can learn.
Build your reputation on integrity, reliability, and follow-through. Be prepared, know your products, understand your customers' challenges, and always look for ways to provide value rather than simply make a sale. People will remember your expertise, but they'll also remember how you made them feel and whether you delivered on your promises.
Most importantly, don't wait for opportunities to come to you—create them. Raise your hand for challenging projects, invest in continuous learning, build genuine relationships, and don't be afraid to step outside your comfort zone. Confidence isn't something you're born with; it's something you build by consistently doing hard things.
Your career isn't a race against anyone else. Focus on becoming better than you were yesterday, stay authentic, and let your work speak for itself. When you lead with purpose, treat people well, and refuse to stop growing, success will follow.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in the architectural products industry is balancing innovation with increasingly complex building codes, sustainability goals, and performance requirements. Architects and designers are expected to create beautiful spaces while also addressing resilience, energy efficiency, occupant wellness, and climate-related risks—all within tight budgets and schedules. That requires manufacturers to be more than product suppliers; we have to be trusted partners who provide technical expertise and practical solutions.
At the same time, I see tremendous opportunity. As extreme weather events become more frequent, there is a growing focus on resilient building design, high-performance building envelopes, and products that improve both safety and long-term building performance. Advances in technology, materials, and testing are giving our industry the ability to create larger, stronger, and more energy-efficient systems than ever before.
Another exciting opportunity is the shift toward education and collaboration. Architects want partners who can help them navigate complex projects early in the design process, not just sell a product. Through AIA continuing education, technical support, and relationship-building, we have the opportunity to influence better design decisions that benefit building owners, occupants, and communities for decades to come.
I believe the future belongs to professionals who embrace change, continue learning, and focus on creating value. The companies and leaders who prioritize innovation, collaboration, and resilience won't just adapt to the industry's evolution—they'll help shape it.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide both my career and my personal life are integrity, resilience, relationships, and continuous growth.
Integrity is the foundation of everything I do. I believe your reputation is built by doing the right thing, even when no one is watching. I strive to be someone people can trust—whether it's following through on a commitment, giving honest advice, or standing behind my work.
Resilience has shaped my career. Every challenge, setback, and new opportunity has taught me something valuable. I've learned that success isn't about avoiding obstacles; it's about adapting, staying focused, and continuing to move forward with purpose.
Relationships are at the heart of my work. Business is built on trust, not transactions. I believe in listening first, creating value, and building genuine connections that last well beyond a single project. The same principle applies in my personal life—investing in people is always worthwhile.
Finally, I believe in continuous growth. I never want to stop learning, improving, or challenging myself. Whether it's expanding my technical knowledge, becoming a stronger leader, or simply finding better ways to serve others, I believe growth is a lifelong commitment.
As a mother, these values have become even more meaningful. I want my son to see that success isn't defined by a title or paycheck, but by your character, your work ethic, and the positive impact you have on the people around you. If I can leave behind a legacy of integrity, resilience, and meaningful relationships, I'll consider that my greatest accomplishment.
