Bethany Slomski- Rangel

She is a seasoned legal executive and compliance leader with over a decade of experience in the financial services and mortgage lending industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Exeter Finance, she provides strategic legal counsel and oversight on compliance, regulatory matters, and corporate governance. Prior to this role, she served as Corporate Counsel at loanDepot and held senior compliance and legal positions at Cardinal Financial Company and Robertson, Anschutz & Schneid, P.L. Her career also includes leadership roles at Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC, where she served as Counsel and Attorney Performance Manager. She holds a Juris Doctorate from Cooley Law School, where she graduated Cum Laude with the Leadership Achievement Award and served as Comments Editor for the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review, Executive Team Member of the Moot Court Board, and President of the Maher Inn chapter of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity.
