01What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Family is important because I moved back to be close to them. Advocacy, compassion and empathy are huge. Putting myself in other people's shoes has taken me a long way, even with the work that I did with people who were experiencing fear of deportation. It helped me be a better friend, a better helper, and better at my job.
