Betsy Calderon

Betsy Calderon serves as Creative Director at Realty of America, where she leads graphic design efforts for the Illinois chapter and supports national rebranding initiatives. With more than a decade in the field, she began her career assisting a program director at a nonprofit organization, creating logos and promotional materials, before advancing through roles at a labor services startup and Hoist, where she spent seven years as a marketing coordinator and junior graphic designer producing operator manuals for heavy-duty equipment. Calderon joined Realty of Chicago as a senior graphic designer and progressed to her current position, redesigning all marketing collateral, social media assets, print materials, and outdoor advertising. She earned Employee of the Year recognition in her first year for the positive impact of her work on agents' businesses. She holds a bachelor's degree in advertising design and recent certifications in AI programs.
