After beginning her career in the building industry in 1996, she transitioned into real estate in 2007, where she has developed expertise in helping buyers, sellers, investors, first-time homeowners, and clients navigating complex transactions. Her background as a custom home construction business owner provides clients with valuable insight into property quality, value, and construction, enabling her to serve as both a trusted advisor and skilled negotiator.

01What do you attribute your success to?

I treat every realtor I come in contact with as if they were my long-lost best friend. I'm very much driven by Keller Williams principles of win-win or no deal. Customers always come first. It's important to be a good human being.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Always be learning.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Be prepared to work hard. Always be learning. Hang out with people that you aspire to be like.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Market conditions are always challenging. Being a real estate agent is really a full contact sport. People should be in this business if they want to learn how to build a business. We're entrepreneurs and stewards of a lot of money for our buyers and sellers.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity matters. Community matters. Things like that, that's super important.
