01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a tremendous drive to achieve meaningful results. My determination, strong work ethic, and commitment to continuous improvement have enabled me to overcome challenges, seize opportunities, and consistently deliver value throughout my career.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is simple: Go for it—believe in yourself. Having confidence in my abilities and embracing opportunities, even when they felt challenging, has helped me grow both personally and professionally. Believing in myself has given me the courage to take risks, pursue ambitious goals, and continue moving forward with confidence.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to learn everything you can. Stay curious, seek out new experiences, and never stop developing your skills and knowledge. A willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously grow will build both your confidence and your ability to succeed in any role.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Our field faces several key challenges, including rising student debt from entry-level doctoral programs, market saturation due to the growth of OT programs, the expanding role of ABA in traditional OT services, and low participation in professional organizations, which weakens advocacy and legislative influence.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Authenticity is the value I hold most closely in both my work and personal life. I believe in being genuine, acting with integrity, and staying true to my principles in every interaction and decision.
