About Beverly
Beverly Stewart served as Client Relations Manager at CR Legal Team in Greensboro, North Carolina, for 14 years before retiring on April 30. In this role, she focused on client relationship management, communication, and supporting positive client experiences in a legal services setting. She has since transitioned to working with the North Carolina DMV office through a contractor while also serving as a Board of Elections official and notary public. Alongside her professional career, Beverly pursued education in Christian Education and Divinity/Ministry, earning an associate's degree, bachelor's degree, and master's degree. She completed her first two years at Liberty University before transferring to Living Epistol Bible College for the final three years, graduating in May. Recently ordained as a reverend, she now emphasizes her clergy-based work and community impact.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My individual drive and determination to achieve. It was innately a part of who I was since elementary school and has grown with me over the years.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Stay focused and do something that you love because you will give it your best and it would be easy to excel. Don't just get a job for the money. Be impactful, respectful, and maintain high standards and ethics which become a lifestyle.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Make sure this is something you love. Work to stay positive even with negativity. Understand it's not at you, it's at the process. It takes a strong-willed, confident person with compassion and empathy to work this type of job.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Challenges include people not being ready for changes like AI and process upgrades. Opportunities include positive impact through interactions as a minister and supportive team at DMV helping people.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Being honest, reliable, having great character and integrity in everything that you do so that you will be met with the same respect. You get in what you put out.
