I’m drawn to product problems that are messy, ambiguous, and a little intimidating at first glance. The kinds of systems where the real challenge isn’t just designing screens, but untangling complexity and helping teams make sense of how everything fits together.

In my work, I tend to operate at the intersection of product strategy, systems thinking, and user experience. I enjoy collaborating closely with product and engineering partners to shape problems early, structure complex workflows, and build tools that actually support the people using them.

Outside of my day-to-day work, I spend a lot of time thinking about how designers grow their influence within organizations. I write about design, mentorship, and navigating careers in tech, and I’m especially interested in supporting designers as they develop their craft and leadership.
