Bhawna Sharma

Healthcare operations and clinical support professional with experience spanning medical device therapy, kidney care management, behavioral health, and public health policy. I currently serve as an Associate Territory Manager and Regional Clinical Specialist at Curonix, supporting clinical teams and healthcare providers across Northern Nevada and Northern California to deliver innovative patient care solutions.

Previously, I worked with DaVita Kidney Care as a Healthcare Operations Manager / Facility Administrator, where I led a team of more than 30 healthcare professionals in a high-volume dialysis clinic. In this role, I oversaw daily operations, staffing, quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and financial performance while focusing on improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency. I also served as a Regional Lead for Integrated Kidney Care and Belonging & Culture initiatives, helping strengthen patient-centered care and workplace culture.

My earlier experience in behavioral health and residential treatment programs included facility leadership, staff training, program development, and compliance with healthcare regulations. I have also contributed to public health policy initiatives through my internship with NACCHO, where I supported research and policy recommendations related to Health in All Policies (HiAP) and equity in local health departments.

I am passionate about improving healthcare delivery through strong leadership, operational strategy, and collaboration across clinical teams to enhance patient outcomes and system efficiency.
