Bhumika Ahuja, MBA, is a design strategist and UX researcher passionate about understanding human behavior and translating those insights into actionable business solutions. With a background in industrial and product design and an MBA in Design Strategy from California College of the Arts, Bhumika combines creativity, analytical rigor, and empathy to uncover what users truly need and help organizations make informed product and service decisions. Her work spans fintech, e-commerce, and social impact, where she has led studies on topics ranging from accelerated checkout adoption for merchants to the homebuying journey and AI-powered creativity tools for professionals.
Bhumika’s approach to research is rooted in storytelling and human-centered design. She specializes in mixed-methods research, using interviews, diary studies, focus groups, and usability testing to generate insights that drive strategy, optimize experiences, and enhance customer engagement.
