Her Story
About Bianca
Bianca Baptiste, MBA, MS, CLC, is a Learning and Development Professional, Certified Life Coach, and founder of The Inner You Movement. With more than a decade of experience in retail banking and leadership development, she is passionate about helping individuals grow personally and professionally through transformational leadership, emotional intelligence, and purpose-driven development.
Bianca began her journey in retail banking in 2010 after previously working in retail stores while attending college. During that time, she was still discovering her purpose, but one thing remained clear: she had a passion for helping people. That passion ultimately became the driving force behind her career and leadership journey.
Over the years, Bianca worked her way up through multiple roles and institutions, continuously learning, evolving, and growing along the way. Starting from the bottom shaped her leadership philosophy and taught her the importance of empathy, authenticity, and leading with purpose. She currently serves as an Academy Manager, where she supports the learning and development of teammates across the Eastern Division, facilitates onboarding experiences for new hires, and partners with senior leaders to help drive professional growth and role proficiency across the region.
Bianca holds advanced degrees in organizational leadership and industrial-organizational psychology, which further strengthened her passion for leadership development, emotional intelligence, and helping others grow both personally and professionally. Her leadership style is rooted in transformation and empowerment. She believes in meeting people where they are, helping them recognize their potential, and guiding them toward their goals. She often describes her mission as helping people “turn their pain into purpose,” a message inspired by both her personal experiences and professional journey.
In November 2025, Bianca became a Certified Life Coach, accomplishing a goal she had envisioned for many years. Although life delayed the journey at times, she never gave up on the vision she had for herself. That accomplishment served as a reminder that purpose does not expire and it is never too late to pursue what matters most.
Bianca is also currently pursuing her doctorate and will soon transition from doctoral student to doctoral candidate, focusing her research on leadership and emotional intelligence. Pursuing a doctoral journey has become one of her proudest accomplishments, challenging her to believe in herself in ways she once never imagined possible.
At her core, Bianca is committed to inspiring, empowering, and developing others through leadership, mentorship, coaching, and shared experiences. Her mission is to help people grow in confidence, purpose, and impact — both in their personal lives and professional careers.
