Her Story

About Bianca

Bianca Caridine is a dedicated real estate professional licensed in both Texas and Illinois, where she serves buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating clients with a client-first approach. As a Realtor with Keyed In Group at Axis, she combines strategic negotiation, market knowledge, communication, and problem-solving to guide clients through complex real estate transactions. She has also earned her Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation, allowing her to support service members, veterans, and relocating professionals. With a career background spanning the airline industry and more than a decade in government, Bianca brings discipline, organization, confidentiality, and a strong service mindset to her real estate career.

Beyond her professional work, Bianca is deeply committed to community service and supporting others. She recently serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors of the Alamo City Black Chamber of Commerce, where she works to connect business owners, particularly those in minority communities, with resources, opportunities, and networks that can help them grow. Her passion for helping others also extends to charitable giving, supporting children and families in need, and advocating for opportunities that strengthen communities. Bianca is especially passionate about affordable housing and has developed plans for an affordable-housing community in Texas as part of her broader vision for using real estate to create meaningful opportunities for others.

Originally from Chicago, Bianca draws much of her resilience and determination from her upbringing and family experiences. Helping care for her younger sisters during a difficult childhood taught her responsibility, empathy, perseverance, and the importance of being a positive example. Those experiences continue to influence her commitment to giving back and encouraging others, particularly young women, to focus on their own strengths rather than outside pressures. Looking ahead, Bianca plans to establish her own real estate brokerage in Illinois, create opportunities for other women, and continue developing initiatives that combine entrepreneurship, housing, and community impact. Her journey reflects her belief that it is never too late to build a new chapter, pursue ambitious goals, and use personal success to help others.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Bianca

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the adversity I experienced growing up, especially watching my mother navigate her struggles. I’m grateful for the strength and resilience she and my sisters instilled in me. As a Black woman, I’ve learned to push myself harder, persevere, and turn challenges into motivation.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women is to quiet the noise, focus on yourself, and embrace who you are. Don’t let social media or outside opinions distract you from what truly matters. Stay focused on your goals, trust yourself, and keep moving forward.
