Bianca Paige Gallagher
Bianca Gallagher is a passionate and dedicated therapist with extensive experience supporting diverse populations, including underprivileged and minority communities, clients with dual diagnoses, mandated clients, LGBTQIA individuals, and those affected by trauma. She has honed her expertise in evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as DBT, CBT, and ACT, and is skilled in using NJ SAMS, EHR systems, and WRAP programs. Bianca’s commitment to mental health extends across a variety of roles, from individual and family therapy to co-occurring disorder treatment and MAT education, reflecting her drive to meet clients where they are and guide them toward lasting growth. Currently, Bianca works with Headway and Grow Therapy, providing remote therapy and comprehensive psychological intakes, while also maintaining roles at Maryville Integrated Care. Her approach emphasizes trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and co-regulation, helping clients build resilience, emotional intelligence, and distress tolerance. Bianca’s dedication to advocacy is evident in her efforts to ensure behavioral health careers remain recognized as professional pathways, highlighting the importance of access, equity, and support for future therapists. Bianca holds a Master of Arts in Counselor Education and School Counseling from Montclair State University and completed her post-master’s licensure at Caldwell University. She is licensed as an LCADC and LPC in New Jersey, with additional certification of C-DBT, NCC and CTP(Certified Trauma Professional). Beyond her professional work, Bianca actively engages in professional organizations such as NBCC, demonstrating her commitment to lifelong learning and advancing the field of mental health care.

Keep doing the internal work on yourself and you will continue to progress to where you want to be.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Always take advantage of new training opportunities to hone your clinical skillset & develop a niche. Don't be afraid to take risks.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Assisting clients experiencing systemic barriers can be a challenge. There are so many opportunities in the therapy field and we can hold so many versatile roles in our field.
