Bianca Hardison is a licensed health and life insurance broker based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex who specializes in helping individuals, families, self-employed professionals, and gig-economy workers find personalized insurance solutions that fit their lifestyles and budgets. As a proud wife and mother, Bianca brings both professional expertise and personal experience to her work, understanding the unique challenges families and entrepreneurs face when navigating healthcare coverage without traditional employer benefits. Her mission is to simplify the insurance process and empower clients to make confident decisions about their financial and healthcare futures. Currently serving as a National Insurance Broker with Inspired Insurance Solutions, Bianca focuses on health insurance, life insurance, supplemental coverage, and client education across more than 12 licensed states. Prior to entering the insurance industry, she spent years working within the rideshare and vehicle-sharing economy as a Turo host, entrepreneur, and small business owner. That firsthand experience managing vehicles, balancing unpredictable income, and supporting a family through self-employment gives her a unique understanding of the needs of gig workers, independent contractors, and small business owners seeking flexible and affordable coverage options. After spending a decade as a stay-at-home mother, Bianca transitioned into the insurance and financial services industry with a desire to build a meaningful career that could create long-term security for her family and future generations. Inspired by personal loss during the COVID-19 pandemic and motivated by a passion for financial awareness, she began her career focusing on life insurance and living benefits before expanding into health insurance and healthcare advocacy. Bianca is committed to ongoing professional growth, with plans to expand into Medicare services while continuing to educate and support clients through open enrollment guidance, healthcare navigation, and needs-based insurance planning. I currently work for Healthcare Solutions Team and excited to grow True Haven Protection in the future.

What do you attribute your success to?
I would say faith. My family has been my biggest motivation - my husband and my two boys really inspire me to keep pushing forward and building something meaningful that I can pass down to them.
My father in law was a great example to us all to presevere through hard times and to focus on what matters most. I have always been a quiet introvert so getting into a service based business where I can grow personally and professionally while helping others is a win for me. I was also brought up with parents born from different countries and they inspire me to want to have a better future to hopefully be able to give back to them one day.
I believe my experience in the car sharing Turo industry also taught me how to treat customers and clients and to try to do right for them.
I also want to give a shout out to my mentors who have helped me learn along the way.
I find joy in helping others find the best plan for their needs. Whether it's for self employed or elderly looking for health or life insurance. My job as a broker is to be able to find solutions tailored to their budget, medications, and lifestyle. I'm grateful to be able to do what I do.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Just take things day by day. You're not gonna get there overnight. Sometimes you just have to be patient. You can't rush success - it takes time and patience to build something meaningful. I know I do have to take my own advice sometimes as well.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would say mindset is everything. Never give up if it's something that you want. You have to believe in yourself and stay committed to your goals, even when things get tough. Also, to be able to give yourself grace for mistakes when you try something new and patience to keep going and learning.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I think the biggest challenge is having options for different individuals, especially entrepreneurs and gig economy in the health insurance industry. Many people don't know that there are options out there that are not Marketplace or employer group coverage. That's where I am able to help find a solution tailored to their best interest. Whether it's health, dental, vision or life insurance.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Faith is at the top for me - it keeps me going. Personal and professional growth are really important because I'm always trying to get better at what I do to help people. Relationships matter a lot too, whether it's with my family, my clients, or my community. I believe in continual growth in the industry and just trying to improve so I can serve people with their health and life insurance needs.
