I attribute my success to persistence and lifelong learning. I’ve been in my field for 17 years, and now at 54, I’m pursuing a degree in Business Management at Lone Star College. My goal is to leverage my experience and education to start my own business and continue growing professionally.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to be mindful of who you surround yourself with at work. Building a strong, supportive network is just as important as developing your skills, and the right colleagues can inspire growth, collaboration, and success.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to walk your path your own way and embrace the lessons you can learn from other women. Seek guidance, observe their experiences, but always stay true to your own goals and vision.

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are curiosity, continuous learning, and family. I love traveling, exploring new ideas through research and reading, and prioritizing meaningful time with my loved ones.
