01What do you attribute your success to?
Great Mentors are what has given the most benefit to my success. Having those strong mentors around me, giving great professional advice & support has really allowed me to achieve so much out side my comfort area.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
To Own What I Do! I always just did the work, thinking that it would speak for me, but in the real world that isn't true. You have to be your own champion and be proud of your accomplishments by owning them.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell young women entering into any industry to find something they truly love—when you enjoy what you do, showing up to work feels rewarding, and your passion will naturally drive your success.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is navigating career growth—feeling like I’ve reached a ceiling makes deciding the next step difficult, especially because I genuinely love the work I do.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are honesty, integrity, and empathy, and in my personal time I enjoy reading historical books and mysteries and gardening of fruits and vegetables.
