One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is navigating career growth—feeling like I’ve reached a ceiling makes deciding the next step difficult, especially because I genuinely love the work I do.

The values most important to me in my work and personal life are honesty, integrity, and empathy, and in my personal time I enjoy reading historical books and mysteries, gardening with my husband, and tending to our raised garden of fruits and vegetables.
