01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The very first thing would be dress up nicely. If they don't take us seriously if we are not dress up nicely. And the second like my top 3 would be Second would be you should know what you are saying. Like you can't bluff in construction. If you don't know about what time the concrete is going to be pour it's okay. You can learn on-site you can ask questions to them because those guys who are working on-site would know this better. So until and unless you're not sure about it do not bluff about it. Used to bluffing things just skip that habit of yours. And the very third is we've Very direct like never lose your eye contact with people while talking to them.
