Her Interview
Ten minutes with Bipasha
01What do you attribute your success to?
I would really want to give the credit in two folds. Of course, the way I was raised... because I am Indian, and if you know anything about Asian parents, we have been raised to be competitive, study hard... And then I would give another credit to the last 10 years, my husband and I have been together... He has been the biggest motivation of my life to soar higher in my career.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
One thing I would want to tell the next generation... We hear a lot of buzz that AI is going to take over... please do not give in to this kind of buzz. Because every time there has been a technological revolution, we have seen a major shift... At the end of today, if you do not study the basics or the concepts, you will never be able to catch up with the next technology.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Being ethical in what we're doing... you can take shortcut, get it done, but you can take the hard route, get it done in a way that you understand there is no gaps... I want to do something that I can look at myself and say, no, I did it myself, and I know every nook and crack of it.
