Blair Armstrong

Blair Armstrong is a dancer and speech therapist based in Florida. She has been dancing since the age of two and a half and has choreographed local music videos, performed as a motivational dancer at weddings and galas, and worked as a go-go dancer. Since moving to Florida, she has been exploring freestyle and hip-hop styles while continuing to teach choreography at a dance studio and participating in battles. Blair has been working in speech therapy since 2018 as a speech therapy assistant in schools. She holds a degree in speech-language hearing, which she pursued after a college class on Language and the Mind sparked her interest in communication. In her role, she develops treatment activities based on goals set by speech-language pathologists, focusing on articulation, language, social communication, and following directions while making sessions engaging for clients. Recently certified as an adaptive dance teacher, Blair plans to launch her own adaptive dance program that blends her expertise in speech therapy with street dance styles like hip-hop to create accessible spaces for expression and growth.
