About Bobbi
Bobbi Madison has been an ultrasound technologist for 25 years and serves as the senior ultrasound tech at Henry Ford Plymouth in Michigan. She began her career in the medical field as a phlebotomist after attending career school in 1998, later completing core classes at community college and earning an associate's degree in diagnostic medical sonography from Western school of health and business. Bobbi is registered by the ARDMS, certified in abdomen and OBGYN, and registered as a vascular technologist. At Henry Ford Plymouth, a facility she joined when it opened four years ago, she started with one colleague and has since expanded the team to five technicians while managing outpatient schedules and emergency room support. Passionate about education, Bobbi enjoys training students and new staff, drawing from her own experience of working hard to build scanning confidence under mentors at the University of Pittsburgh. She values continuous learning and aspires to roles such as application specialist or working with radiology systems like Epic Radiant.

The best advice is to never stop learning. You can start at the bottom and work your way up. As long as you have the passion for it, you can keep moving forward.
