About Bobbie
Bobbie Redman has dedicated 18 years to the education field, with the past 14 years spent as a health and physical education teacher at a non-public special education school in Taneytown, Maryland. In her role, she works with students who require behavioral support and can no longer attend public school, emphasizing flexibility and creating a stable environment for those from challenging home situations. Redman earned her undergraduate degree in health and physical education from Frostburg, a master's in psychology from the University of Phoenix, and a doctorate in advanced human behavior from Capella University. She has also completed classes toward becoming a health coach and previously served six years in the Army reserves as a medical lab technician. In addition to teaching, Redman has authored two faith-based books under the pen name Dr. V.W. Taylor, including War, Women in Abusive Relationships, A Spiritual Journey and Growing Up Spiritually, which launches August 18. She aspires to become a speaker to share her journey and support others, and she contributes to her nonprofit school and church activities.
