Bobbie Lloyd

Bobbie Lloyd is a seasoned hospitality executive and culinary leader serving as Chief Brand Officer and Chief Baking Officer at Magnolia Bakery in New York City. With more than four decades of experience in the hospitality industry and nearly 20 years with Magnolia Bakery, she brings together extensive operational expertise, culinary knowledge, and a deep understanding of brand development. Since joining Magnolia Bakery in 2006, Lloyd has played a central role in guiding the company’s growth and expanding its presence across new markets and channels.

Throughout her career, Lloyd has held leadership positions spanning operations, finance, restaurant management, and entrepreneurship. Before joining Magnolia Bakery, she served as Controller for The Red Cat Restaurant Group and Managing Partner of It’s a Wrap, while earlier experience included work at Union Square Cafe. At Magnolia Bakery, she has served as Chief Baking Officer, COO, CEO, and now Chief Brand Officer and Chief Baking Officer. She is also the author of The Magnolia Bakery Handbook: A Complete Guide for the Home Baker, which features recipes and techniques designed to bring the bakery’s approach to home kitchens. Her culinary education includes a diploma in Culinary Arts from Chef’s and Company/Modern Gourmet in Boston, along with studies in interior design at SVA and FIT.

Beyond her executive responsibilities, Lloyd is committed to cultivating collaborative teams, encouraging innovation, and strengthening the hospitality industry. She has served on the boards of the New York City Hospitality Alliance and Les Dames d’Escoffier New York, reflecting her dedication to professional leadership and industry advancement.
