Her Story

About Bohlokwa Bee

Bee Ntjana is an event planner and catering director with 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Originally from South Africa, she developed a passion for working with people that led her to attend the International Hotel School for two and a half years after completing high school. Ntjana began her career in the United States at St. Andrews Country Club in 2009 and has remained in the country club sector. After taking a break to raise her daughter and work in human resources for two and a half years, she returned to catering and events. In her current role at a Jewish country club in Florida, she manages a wide range of events such as weddings, bar mitzvahs, anniversaries, birthdays, baby showers, and memorial services. Her daily responsibilities include handling client inquiries, preparing proposals, coordinating setups, scheduling vendors, and planning seasonal calendars. Ntjana values the genuine connections formed through her work and the lasting memories created for clients. She advises young women entering the field to believe in themselves and recognize that they are stronger than they think.
