Bola Afolabi

Bola Afolabi is the Director of Homeless Services at Bridges to Housing Incorporated, a non-profit organization in Columbia, Maryland. She began her career there as a case manager and advanced to her current leadership position, where she oversees five programs dedicated to helping individuals experiencing homelessness secure permanent housing and achieve long-term sustainability. Afolabi manages a team of case managers and collaborates with community providers to deliver wraparound services, while also traveling to other counties to build partnerships that expand housing opportunities, including placements in states such as Georgia, Texas, and Florida. Her educational background includes a fourth degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, a Master's in Social Work from Capella University, an MBA certificate from Loyola University Chicago, and a non-profit management certificate from Duke University.
