Bonnie Adams

She is a swimming coach, aquatics program developer, and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in competitive swimming, coaching, and water safety education.

As the Founder and CEO of The Joys of Swimming and SWIM OZ, she leads programs that help swimmers of all levels—from beginners to competitive athletes—develop confidence and performance in both pool and open water environments. She also serves as the Race Director of one of the largest sanctioned open water swim events in the central United States and coaches the largest Masters swim team in Arkansas, including athletes who have achieved Top Ten national rankings and state records.

Beyond coaching, she is passionate about community water safety and outreach, delivering programs that have educated more than 15,000 students across Northwest Arkansas. Her work blends athletic excellence, education, and community impact to help individuals build lifelong confidence in the water.
