What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute much of my success to my mother, who has always been my greatest source of inspiration. She endured many challenges throughout her life, yet through resilience, determination, and hard work, she transformed those struggles into opportunities and built a meaningful, successful life for herself. Watching her persevere and rise above difficulties instilled in me the values of perseverance, strength, and optimism. Her example taught me not only the importance of hard work and dedication but also the power of maintaining integrity and compassion while striving for excellence. I carry these lessons with me every day, and they continue to guide my personal and professional journey.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the beauty and personal care industry is to take a chance and believe in yourself because the greatest opportunities often come when you step outside of your comfort zone. Early in my career, I learned that hesitation can hold you back, but courage opens doors you never imagined possible. This industry is not only about products; it’s about building confidence, creating relationships, and making a lasting impact in people’s lives. Don’t be afraid of rejection or setbacks as those experiences are simply steppingstones to growth. Approach every opportunity with curiosity and determination, invest in your own development, and remember that authenticity and passion are what will set you apart. At the end of the day, ask yourself, “What’s the worst that can happen?” and then move forward with confidence knowing the best is always possible.

The values that are most important to me, both in my work and personal life, are family and honesty. Family is at the heart of everything I do—it keeps me grounded, motivated, and reminds me of what truly matters. I believe in nurturing relationships, creating meaningful connections, and always making time for the people I love. Equally important is honesty, which I see as the foundation of trust and integrity. Whether I am working with clients, collaborating with colleagues, or engaging in my community, I strive to be transparent, authentic, and true to my word.
