Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the discipline and resilience I developed as an athlete and fitness competitor. Being on stage requires both mental and physical strength—you have to stay focused, confident, and composed, even when facing challenges or criticism while striving to be in the best shape of your life.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to never say no to new opportunities. Be open to learning, take on challenges that push you out of your comfort zone, and trust that every experience will help you grow both personally and professionally.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is helping clients recognize that mental health is just as important as physical health. Many people focus on their physical well-being but overlook the mental and emotional aspects that drive true balance and long-term success. Educating clients to value both equally is essential to creating lasting, holistic wellness.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

One of the values most important to me is embracing challenges. I believe growth comes from pushing beyond comfort zones and continuously striving to improve. Even with my daughter, I encourage this mindset—when she finishes a difficult book, I tell her to move on to the next one. It’s about building resilience, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.
