She is an accomplished construction project manager with extensive experience leading commercial development, tenant improvement, and capital projects across corporate, retail, and mixed-use environments. She has successfully managed projects from planning and budgeting through construction and closeout, overseeing multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results. Her expertise includes project management, construction oversight, budget and schedule control, and ensuring compliance with design standards and contractual requirements for nationally recognized organizations.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I was raised by a single mom who taught me the value of integrity, hard work and the importance of gratitude. These values allowed me to gain significate experience in the commercial, industrial, and retail space with major real estate entities in the Southern California market (e.g. The Koll Company, The Irvine Company and C.J. Segerstrom & Sons) in what I call the first half of my career.
These values also allowed me to raise two sons to a certain level of independence over an 8-year period during which I was a stay-at-home Mom. I gained a new respect for (1) Mothers who dedicate their days to their children, and (2) working Mothers when I returned to the workforce in 2013.
I have since gained additional commercial, industrial, and retail experience with national firms such as JLL, Globe Life, and Foley & Lardner LLP where I am blessed with an incredible mentor (aka boss) and support team!
