Her Story

About Brandi

Early in my career, it just came natural for me to step into roles where I was organizing complexity, whether it was priorities, communication, or the workflows. Over time, I realized this was a strength - I wasn't just support, I was enabling the leadership to be effective. I ended up being the one that everyone called on. My original plan was to be a paralegal, and I did start out in that, but then I went into the oil and gas industry. I've always been the go-to person - give it to Brandi, she'll handle it, no matter what industry I've been in. I've built my career literally supporting high-net-worth principals, private and public CEOs, founders, and the leadership teams. Not every day looks the same, so you just have to learn how to adapt and just get things done. I provide support globally as well, and I'm not tied to one industry. I've spent 3 years in cybersecurity, 26 years in oil and gas, and 7 years in medical. Every day looks different. I don't just support executives in the boardroom - I'm able to support doctors in the operating rooms. Those skills are transferable. Just because someone is an executive assistant in the business world, it's not gonna tie them to just use those skills in business now. They can pull them into nonprofits, even stepping into an operating room. We're not limited to an industry. I'd rather be behind the scenes making a difference than not. Being able to be that strong foundation, regardless of what leadership position it is - the most impactful leadership aren't the out-front visible ones.
