Brandi S. Cromer, is a nonprofit founder, spiritual entrepreneur, public speaker, and generational healing advocate based in the United States. She is the Founder and CEO of IconicAlignment Inc, a global nonprofit dedicated to supporting women navigating generational trauma, particularly those impacted by complex family systems and emotional abuse. Through her work, she integrates personal development, spiritual alignment, and trauma-informed healing practices to guide individuals toward personal transformation and legacy healing.

Her professional mission centers on what she describes as “generational healing” and “shadow work,” helping individuals alchemize emotional pain into growth and self-awareness. Brandi’s work emphasizes breaking cycles of inherited trauma, empowering clients to reconnect with purpose, identity, and what she calls their “highest aligned self.” She combines elements of coaching, spiritual development, and digital content creation to build accessible healing resources and community-based support systems, including journals, online programs, and educational materials.

Brandi’s background spans over a decade in healthcare and aesthetics, where she worked as a medical esthetician and provided care in settings such as hospice, nursing homes, and hospitals. She also pursued nursing education and holds experience in registered nursing studies and esthetics training. Q

What do you attribute your success to?

Honestly, my son and my relationship with God - that's really what has kept me going. I don't know how I've made it through everything, but I've seen people with children who just weren't very loving or caring, and I just can't be that way. My son is like an appendage to me. I see it from a much higher perspective - I'm very soul-based, and I understand that our children come here specifically for their roles, and we come here for ours. That's my purpose. What also kept me going was my vision from when I was a little girl, knowing I have an impact to make in whatever capacity. My higher self just would not allow me to give up, even when I wanted to so many times. There were so many times I was at the very, very bottom, and I only had God.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The most iconic thing you can do for yourself, for your children, for your bloodline, is to heal. Heal your bloodline in whatever capacity that is. As far as traditional career advice, I haven't really ever gotten any - I'm more about working on yourself and personal healing as the foundation for everything.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I really just want people to know, souls even, not just women, that healing is what we're here to do, and it's not something to put off - it really should take priority. I would say get close to God, or tune into your God consciousness, your higher self. I'm not preaching necessarily, but connecting to your higher self is so important. There were so many times I wanted to give up, and my higher self just would not allow me to. What kept me going was my vision from when I was a little girl, knowing I have an impact to make in whatever capacity. That vision is what has kept me going, other than my son.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I would definitely say I have a lot of integrity - it's very important to me. Transparency and loyalty are crucial values for me, and I really value empathy in people. It's crazy how dark it can be out here and how hard it is to find people with empathy and integrity.
