What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to embracing the behind-the-scenes work—using organization, empathy, and adaptability to support both systems and people—and trusting a non-linear path that blends customer service, administration, psychology, and entrepreneurship. Each chapter of my journey has strengthened my ability to serve with intention, compassion, and resilience.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to do your research, truly understand your audience, and be intentional about who you’re serving—success comes from being clear and specific about who you’re building for, not trying to cater to everyone.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field is creating affordable, judgment-free access to essential resources for new and single parents in a space where many don’t know where to turn and often face criticism instead of support. Tiny Treasures addresses this gap by offering a safe, empathetic platform where parents can find the tools and information they need, regardless of their title, background, or circumstances.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I lead with patience, empathy, and intention in both my work and personal life. Becoming a mom to a six-month-old has strengthened my ability to problem-solve, manage challenges, and show compassion, and I believe that empathy is a powerful asset because everyone is navigating something, whether it’s visible or not.
