One of the biggest challenges in the field right now is the growing shortage of accountants, which is increasingly evident in the workforce and reflected in industry trends. This shortage presents both a challenge and an opportunity it places greater pressure on existing professionals but also opens the door for new talent to step in and make a meaningful impact.
