A passionate advocate for emerging technologies, Brandy has led Generative AI Accelerator Learning Circles, facilitating the strategic application of tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio and “Chat with Your Data.” These initiatives have not only enhanced team capabilities but also advanced Nationwide’s innovation readiness. Her expertise spans strategic team development, customer experience transformation, operational process optimization, and change management.
