I attribute my success to having a positive mindset, staying encouraged, being very optimistic, and having good friends.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I've received is to stay encouraged, don't give up, and continue on because what's yours is yours and it will come in time.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would tell young women entering this field that they can do it, that it is not just a man's field.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge in my field right now is being a woman in the field because there's not many women in the construction department.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are being trustworthy, being reliable, and being honest.
