I am a passionate learning and organizational development professional with extensive experience designing, managing, and delivering educational programs that drive measurable impact. Currently, I serve as Instructional Design Manager at Meeting Achievements and Project Manager at Story Arc Learning, leading projects from concept to launch while collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create accessible, engaging, and learner-centered solutions.

Previously, I spent over a decade coaching educators, supporting students with disabilities, and developing strategic partnerships across school districts, nonprofit organizations, and early learning programs. I use data to inform decisions, track progress, and ensure individualized support, always striving for equity and excellence in education and professional development.
