With extensive expertise in operations management, customer relationship management, and strategic planning, Brandy has played a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Ridgemere. Her commitment to excellence in senior care was recognized in 2025 when she was honored as the Healthcare Professional of the Year by the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce.
Brandy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health Care Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and is a licensed Assisted Living and Residential Care Administrator. Her professional focus combines business development with compassionate care, ensuring that every aspect of Ridgemere’s operations meets the highest standards. She is known for her ability to build strong relationships with both colleagues and families, always prioritizing the well-being of residents.
Outside of her professional life, Brandy is a devoted grandmother of three and has been happily married for 30 years. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and reading. Committed to giving back to her community, she volunteers at the Senior Center for New Life Church, Alzheimer's Arkansas, and the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce, reflecting her lifelong dedication to supporting seniors and improving the lives of those around her.
