About Brandy
Brandy Wilson serves as a bank manager for TD Bank, where she has spent 25 years in the banking industry. In addition to her banking role, she runs Access Your Power Coaching, LLC as a sole member and was recently selected to provide one-on-one coaching on the Birch and Stone Coaching Collective platform, which offers mastermind sessions and workshops. Her coaching focuses on helping women 40 and older who have faced significant life challenges to rebuild self-trust and rediscover their sense of self. Brandy plans to scale her coaching practice over time, with the goal of transitioning to full-time coaching and potentially expanding to an S-Corp structure with a team of coaches to reach more women.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice would be to really put yourself out there and be the most authentic person that you can honestly be, because the ideal coach to me is not chasing individuals, right? You want people to want you. Try to be your true self, and speak with knowledge. If you're gonna talk about something, have insight to what you're talking about. Speak to what you know, and don't look for... I don't... and I wouldn't say don't copy other people's pages either... I need the people to understand who I am as a person. So, I look for a lot of insight on what I know, and I stick to who I am.
