01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
My mentor Ella told me to stop apologizing and seeing myself as the person I was when I first walked into the industry. Instead, realize I've grown into an amazing, complicated, dynamic, successful person and lead with that confidence.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Believe in yourself and stand your ground. Lead with confidence in yourself. Know that you can do it, that you made it to this place for a reason through hard work and dedication, not by accident.
