She is a strategic leader and execution expert with over two decades of experience in strategy development, organizational design, and operational execution across Google, Procter & Gamble, and her own consulting practice. Currently serving as Founder of Keep75, she helps lower-middle-market PE firms and their portfolio companies install execution systems that turn value creation plans into measurable results in 90 days. Prior to this role, she spent over seven years at Google in progressively senior roles, including Head of Content Innovation and Operations, Head of Central Strategy & Insights, and Chief of Staff, where she led AI-driven content operating systems, multi-year business strategy, and cross-functional execution. Her career includes nearly 14 years at Procter & Gamble in brand and consumer insights leadership roles, where she defined consumer innovation opportunities and led global brand initiatives. She holds an ALM in Organizational Psychology from Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication from Miami University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is recognized as a strategic, results-driven, and execution-focused leader who combines deep expertise in strategy, insights, and organizational change to drive measurable business impact.
