Q

What do you attribute your success to?

Everything I accomplish is rooted in how I was raised. Growing up on a farm, my parents taught me discipline, resilience, and leadership. They showed me that hard work isn’t optional it’s a standard. Because of them, I don’t shy away from challenges. I show up. I get things done. I lead. Their influence is the reason I have the independence and drive to pursue opportunities and achieve the goals I set for myself.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Let the Lord guide you... stay open-minded, stay adaptable, and never stop learning. Skills can be developed, confidence can be built, and experience comes from saying yes to growth. If you’re willing to work hard and remain teachable, you can create opportunities that didn’t originally seem available to you.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would tell anyone, whether they’re my age or younger, that not having a specific degree in something does not mean you can’t pursue it. If you keep an open mind and remain flexible, you can learn almost anything that’s placed in front of you professionally. Don’t let anyone convince you that you lack the skill to go after something. Skills can be developed. Knowledge can be gained. If you have the willingness to work for it, the discipline to grow, and the openness to learn, there’s very little you can’t accomplish. Never let someone else’s limitations define your potential. If you’re passionate about something, pursue it. You can learn just about anything when you commit to it.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in healthcare right now is balancing quality patient care with the increasing administrative and operational demands behind the scenes. In clinic settings, this often means team members are expected to wear multiple hats, requiring flexibility, adaptability, and strong attention to detail. At the same time, these challenges present significant opportunities. The rise in personal injury cases, evolving insurance requirements, billing complexities, documentation standards, and growing patient expectations mean we are constantly being asked to do more with less. However, by strategically leveraging tools like social media and professional networking, my team and I have been able to expand both our visibility and the range of services we provide. While the landscape is demanding, it also creates space for growth, innovation, and stronger patient engagement.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide both my work and personal life are faith, integrity, hard work, and service. My faith in Jesus is the foundation of everything I do, it shapes how I treat people, how I lead, and how I handle challenges. I strive to approach my work with honesty, humility, compassion, and a strong sense of responsibility. Whether in the clinic or in my personal life, I believe in showing up consistently, serving others well, and leading with character.
