What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to stay persistent and committed to your plan. Success takes time, patience, and a willingness to learn from every experience along the way.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is supporting patients as they transition to long-term care and ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications for that care. This presents an important opportunity to advocate for patients, streamline the process, and improve outcomes during these critical transitions.
