With a foundation built at Holland Medical High School, where she earned her Associate’s degree in Pharmacy and served as President of HOSA, Breanna has always been passionate about leadership and patient advocacy. Her professional journey reflects a deep commitment to helping patients overcome barriers—particularly when navigating insurance complexities and managing unexpected prescription costs. Her compassion and problem-solving mindset make her an invaluable asset in the long-term pharmacy sector.
Outside of her professional life, Breanna finds balance and inspiration in creative and reflective pursuits. She enjoys reading, painting, and spending time in nature, as well as cherishing moments with friends and family. Deeply community-minded, she is especially passionate about supporting the homeless population and strives to make a meaningful difference through both her professional work and volunteer efforts.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the unwavering support of my dad and my family. There were many moments during my studies when I felt like giving up, but my dad’s encouragement and belief in me kept me going. He believed in my potential long before I fully believed in myself, and that foundation of support has been instrumental in shaping who I am today.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to believe in myself. Confidence and self-trust are essential, especially when facing challenges or uncertainty. Believing in my own abilities has allowed me to take risks, grow, and achieve goals I once thought were out of reach.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to believe in yourself and trust your abilities. Take the time to discover your true “why” — understanding your purpose will keep you grounded and motivated, even during challenging times. Be adaptable, because change is constant, and growth often comes from stepping outside your comfort zone. Finally, stay open to all kinds of opportunities — you never know which one might lead to your next big breakthrough.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge and opportunity in my field is keeping up with constantly changing pharmacy laws across 26 states. It requires adaptability and up-to-date knowledge, but it also drives growth and innovation in pharmacy practice.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The most important values to me, both professionally and personally, are respect, compassion, and grace. I believe in treating others with kindness, understanding different perspectives, and approaching every situation with empathy and integrity.
