About Breanna
Breanna Crutcher serves as a Customer Service Representative for a federal loan servicer, managing inbound and outbound calls to support student loan borrowers with repayment options, account servicing, and eligibility for forgiveness programs. She draws on her personal experience as a recent college graduate with student loans to provide empathetic and knowledgeable guidance. Breanna earned her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Langston University in May 2023, having initially pursued health sciences before switching majors in her sophomore year based on advice about the growing IT field. Her professional journey includes a 2022 IT internship at Parive Solutions in Chicago, where she contributed to developing an application for ADHD America, followed by participation in the Textron Leadership Program. This rotational program took her first to Textron Aviation in Wichita, Kansas, and then to Textron Specialized Vehicles in Augusta, Georgia, before transitioning to her current customer service position. She was previously involved with Chi Alpha, a Christian-based community during her university years, and emphasizes the importance of building supportive networks with like-minded individuals.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would just say really gather with like-minded people, build a community with people, because it's better to have a community than do it by yourself. Never do it alone.
