Breanna Gondek, M.S. HRM
Breanna Gondek, M.S. HRM, is a Senior Human Resources Generalist based in Aurora, Colorado, with over five years of experience in HR and a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, and compliance. She currently serves at Primoris Services Corporation, where she partners with leadership and employees to deliver effective workforce planning, policy implementation, benefits administration, and succession strategies. Breanna’s professional philosophy centers on making HR an ally to both managers and employees by demonstrating how HR processes and procedures create tangible business value while supporting the human needs of the workforce.
Breanna earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix in 2023 and completed her Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University in 2025. She has also pursued professional HR certifications and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the National Honor Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS). Throughout her career, she has been mentored by Erika Oliver and has credited this guidance with shaping her approach to leadership, training, and employee engagement.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Breanna is passionate about creating inclusive, high-performing workplace cultures where employees feel valued and empowered. She has led training and development initiatives that have improved understanding of HR policies and enhanced collaboration across teams. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, axe throwing, and line dancing, reflecting her energetic and hands-on approach both in her career and personal life.

I would advise young women entering HR to embrace their humanity, focus on building strong relationships, and approach the field as an opportunity to drive meaningful change for both individuals and organizations.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is finding the balance between meeting the needs of people and ensuring those solutions also drive business success.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are teamwork, empathy, and fairness.
