About Breanna
She is an operations, account management, and military logistics professional with experience in national client support, project coordination, CRM, direct sales, quality assurance, equipment maintenance, and mission readiness. She currently works with IAQ Restoration Inc. as a National Accounts & Operations Manager and Account Manager, supporting national operations and emergency response services. She also serves in the Army National Guard as a Parachute Rigger, where she inspects, packs, maintains, and repairs parachute systems with strong attention to safety and detail.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my mom and my partner. My mom has cheered me on even when I do things that give her a heart attack. My partner is the most supportive man on the planet and wanted me to re-enlist because he sees how happy it makes me. Everyone I've surrounded myself with in family and the military and restoration industry.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The best advice I would give is you've got this. Never compare yourself to a man or a co-worker. Know that you're a strong, independent woman and believe in yourself when nobody else does. The hard days make the good days even better. Every single successful person was just one more no ahead. I'm a 5 foot, 100-pound woman doing two very male-dominated jobs. If I can do it, anyone can do it. Also lean on faith.
