With approximately 24 years of experience in the industry since 2002, Breezy has developed extensive hands-on knowledge of property maintenance, rehabilitation, handyman repairs, rental turns, recurring maintenance, and vendor coordination. Her career has included leadership and account-management roles, including her current position as Vice President of Radius Prop and her previous role as Account Manager at Northsight Management.
As the owner of ReviveHomes By Breezy, Breezy takes a hands-on approach to managing her business and client relationships. She focuses on maintaining dependable crews, coordinating vendors, overseeing client accounts, and ensuring that projects are completed to a high standard. 01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to hard work, dedication, and having a strong support system behind me, particularly having a supportive husband who believes in me. I also credit my strong work ethic, which was instilled in me by my parents. Those values have helped me remain committed, resilient, and focused throughout my career.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have received is to think quickly and address problems with prompt, decisive action, recognizing that actions speak louder than words. I value taking ownership of my mistakes, maintaining an open line of communication, and consistently working with a solution-focused plan.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't take anything personal. Treat everyone the way that you want to be treated, and you'll get along just fine in this industry. Just don't give up.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges would be the dishonest clients that turn out to not pay you when they say they will. Trust is my biggest hurdle.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty and trust are the most important things, besides communication. I'm honest to the T, it's for your soul. And then trust, which comes with being honest.
