Breiane Jackson

Breiane Jackson serves as a senior leader supervisor in health plan healthcare leadership, specializing in care coordination. Since beginning her healthcare career in 2009 as a pharmacy technician, she has advanced to her current role where she oversees a team of tenured agents who manage the most fragile elderly members receiving Medicare and Medicaid benefits. In this capacity, Jackson acts as a bridge between health plans and medical teams, ensuring her staff is equipped to handle triage calls, supervisor transfers, and urgent care needs while maintaining alignment with CMS policies. She prioritizes servant leadership by building personal relationships with her team members, many of whom are older than she is, and focuses on their mental well-being and professional growth. Jackson completed high school and three years of her bachelor's degree, and she holds a Pharmacy Technician Certification through PTCB as well as an Immunization Certification, for which she was among the first in Georgia. She is passionate about people and communication, aspiring to earn a master's in healthcare administration to help close gaps in community health systems.
